Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch in 1 to 2 business days. Longer lead-time and preorder pieces show their own dispatch estimate before you add them.
Estimated delivery is shown at checkout for your destination when a verified estimate is available.

We ship to selected destinations across Europe, North America and Oceania. Availability for your address is confirmed at checkout.

Import charges
We cover import duties, import taxes and carrier customs processing fees worldwide.
In some countries, a carrier may ask you to pay an eligible import charge separately. Send us the receipt and we will reimburse it within 5 business days. Sales tax shown at checkout is separate.
Free returns
Starting a return
Request a return within 14 days of delivery through the single route below.
We provide a prepaid tracked return label where available. Where we cannot issue one, follow our approved tracked-return instructions and we will reimburse the approved label cost.
Send the item within 7 days after we issue the label or instructions.
Return Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from stains, scent or damage, with original tags attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with its hygiene strip intact.
Clearly marked final-sale items and gift cards are excluded, except for faulty or incorrect items and rights required by law.
Refund timing
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt and issue approved refunds within 2 business days after inspection. Your bank may take up to 10 further business days.
